2. Consent & Rights
All participants must have given clear, informed consent to be recorded and to have the content distributed.
Uploaders must have the legal right to share the content.
Non-consensual content is strictly prohibited.
3. Respectful Conduct
Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other users is not allowed.
Doxxing or sharing personal information without consent is strictly forbidden.
Excessive use of report features will be considered abusive spamming and is not allowed.
4. Prohibited Content
The following is strictly prohibited:
Any depiction of minors.
Non-consensual acts or coercion.
Exploitation, trafficking, or abuse.
Content involving animals.
Content that violates local, national, or international law.
Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity.
Deepfakes or manipulated content involving real individuals without consent.
5. Privacy Protection
Do not share private contact information, home addresses, or identifying details of performers or users.
Respect performer boundaries and platform messaging rules.
6. Reporting & Enforcement
Users can report violations at any time.
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, payment withholding, payment forfeiture, or permanent bans.
Serious violations may be referred to law enforcement.
Decisions regarding any corrective actions will be made by, and are at the sole discretion of, vFAPS and its administrators.

1. Age Verification
All performers must be verified as 18+.
Documentation may be required before publishing.
Records must be maintained in accordance with applicable laws.
2. Proof of Consent
Uploaders must be able to provide documented consent from all participants.
Consent must include permission for online distribution.
3. Content Ownership
You may only upload content you created or have full legal rights to distribute.
Copyright infringement will result in removal and potential account termination.
4. Clear Labeling
Accurately tag and describe your content.
Misleading titles, deceptive thumbnails, or improper categorization are not allowed.
5. Technical Standards
Content must meet minimum quality standards (clear audio/visual, no corrupted files).
No embedded malicious software or hidden links.
6. No Restricted Material
No content involving:
Minors (strict zero tolerance)
Non-consensual activity
Exploitation or abuse
Illegal substances where use is encouraged or required
Hate-based or discriminatory themes
7. Privacy & Location Safety
Avoid sharing real addresses, private residences, or identifiable third parties without consent.
Remove visible personal data (IDs, phone numbers, etc.).
8. Platform Rights
vFAPS reserves the right to remove content at its discretion.
Repeat violations may lead to permanent removal from the platform.
vFAPS Tagging Guidelines

The following minimum tagging standards are required and must be applied when uploading to vFAPS: one (1) media tag, one (1) type tag, one (1) length tag, and a minimum of one (1) to a maximum of five (5) content tags.
Media Tags
A minimum of one (1) tag from this category is required for each upload.
Video — Visual content with moving imagery, typically accompanied by audio, viewed on a screen (e.g., recorded footage, animations, streamed media).
VR (Virtual Reality) — Fully immersive, interactive digital experiences viewed through a VR headset that simulate a 3D environment.
Audio — Content delivered exclusively through sound, with no visual component (e.g., podcasts, voice recordings, music).
Script-only — There are no visuals or audio associated with the script.
Type Tags
A minimum of one (1) tag from this category is required for each upload.
Filmed — The visuals associated with the script are of real people.
Animated — The visuals associated with the script are animated.
Audio-only — The script only goes with audio (no associated visuals).
Script-only — There are no visuals or audio associated with the script.
Length Tags
A minimum of one (1) tag from this category is required for each upload.
0–2 min — The script is 0 to 2 minutes in length.
2–5 min — The script is 2 to 5 minutes in length.
5–10 min — The script is 5 to 10 minutes in length.
10–30 min — The script is 10 to 30 minutes in length.
30–60 min — The script is 30 to 60 minutes in length.
60+ min — The script is 60 minutes or more in length.
Content Tags
A minimum of one (1) and maximum of five (5) additional uploader-defined content tags can be added by creators for each upload.
